The members of our Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group represent clients in major bankruptcy matters on a national basis. Among our broad range of clients are Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 Trustees, Debtors, Creditors’ Committees, Asset Purchasers, Litigation Trustees, Equipment Lessors, Banks & Financial Institutions, Insurance, Bonding & Surety Companies and Corporations seeking to restructure, prosecute or defend actions in bankruptcy courts across the country. The Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group has been actively involved in many of the largest and most complex cases in New Jersey, New York and Delaware.
