| Lorraine
M. Armenti is a graduate of Montclair State College, summa
cum laude, and Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude.
She was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and the federal district
in 1982. From 1982 to 1983, she served as Law Clerk to the Honorable
Harry A. Margolis, Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County.
Following her clerkship, she was associated with the firm of
Tompkins, McGuire and Wachenfeld for five years, before joining
the firm in 1988. In 1991, she was admitted to the bar of Colorado
and the federal district. She has substantial experience in
the areas of insurance defense litigation, including complex
environmental litigation, construction litigation, and insurance
coverage litigation. In January 1991 she became a resident partner
at the firm’s Denver office. Ms. Armenti has recently relocated
to the firm’s Morristown office where she is currently
a partner. |
