DONNA DUBETH GARDINER attended Seton Hall University Law School where she was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review and its Associate Articles Editor. She graduated in 1989, summa cum laude, first in her class and was named the Outstanding Woman Graduate. Since graduation, Ms. Gardiner has concentrated on labor and employment and civil rights litigation defense, exclusively representing employers in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. She also provides in-house training and counseling for employers. Ms. Gardiner is an active member of the Essex County Bar Association, serving as its President for 2001-2002. She served as a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association (2002-2008) and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Bar Foundation. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the New Jersey Law Journal. In 2008, Ms. Gardiner was recognized by the NJSBA Board of Trustees for distinguished service. She is a past Master in the Seton Hall University Law School Alumni Association’s Inn of Court. Ms. Gardiner taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University Law School, teaching legal writing and research and New Jersey procedure and practice. She is a former journalist and a member of the staff awarded the Pulitzer Prize for local reporting in 1981.
